Florin Orezeanu, cinematographer at the National Romanian Television (TVR) for 30 years, producer and director of feature films and documentaries, president of the Professional Cinematographers' Union in TVR (1993-2000), author of the structure, concept and management of Neptun Television in Constanta (tv station considered the best local television in Romania in 2004, the first tv station member of the European Association of City Televisions). Florin Orezeanu is a graduate of the University of Drama and Cinema "Ion Luca Caragiale" - Bucharest. Prize of the Romanian Association of Tv Professionals for the film "The Young Men in Amsterdam, Prize of the Cinematographers' Association for "Formula 3 Competition", Prize of the Romanian Association of Tv Professionals for the selection of programmes (Neptun TV), Special Prize of the jury at “7 ARTS Filmfest” in 2006 for the essay "Sometimes Paganini"
